job requirements:

1. Equipment, machinery or related majors, full-time college degree or above;

2. More than two years of professional experience in petroleum/petrochemical enterprise equipment, engaged in the construction of medium and large-scale projects, familiar with the material procurement process, and understand the supplier resources of the equipment industry;

3. Good communication and coordination ability, strong self-discipline and adaptability, strong sense of responsibility, high work enthusiasm, strong planning, organization, coordination ability and teamwork spirit;

4, skilled application of various office software;

5. Able to adapt to long-term business trips, men are preferred;

6. Experience in logistics management is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Understand the management and organization of material procurement in engineering projects, be familiar with engineering materials and related professional standards and resource markets, and be in charge of material procurement for project materials;

2. Review the equipment purchase requisition and inquiry technical documents of this project, and prepare business inquiry documents;

3. Organize technical exchanges and business negotiations, and complete various documents for approval in the relevant procurement process;

4. Complete the contract signing, supervise the feedback of design materials, master the manufacturing and delivery status of purchased materials, track product quality and after-sales service, and deal with problems at any time;

5. According to the implementation of the project, comprehensively evaluate the supplier's qualification, product price, quality and service.
