Dai Zhanglong, General Manager of Hanxing Gas, Deputy General Manager of Hanxing Energy

Dai Zhanglong, male, a senior engineer and a member of the Communist Party of China,  master degree from Zhejiang University, postgraduate degree, EMBA of China Europe International Business School. A well-known person in the industrial gas industry, an expert in the industrial gas and synthesis gas industry. From the design, manufacture, project engineering of air separation plants, to the market, business, operation management and sales of industrial gases, with rich practical experience, proficient in and familiar with the gas industry each field. He is currently the general manager of Hanxing Gas (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and the deputy general manager of Shanghai Hanxing Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
From 1987 to 1999, he worked for HangZhou Oxygen Plant Group, a leading enterprise in China's air separation industry, mainly engaged in the design, research and development, and manufacturing of air separation equipment. Scientific research awards for outstanding contributions in the development of new products and technological innovation;
From 1999 to 2012, he successively served as the engineering and technical director of Messer (China) Group Corporation and the director of the Southwest Region, is responsible for the engineering technology sector in China, and comprehensively in charge of all work in the Southwest Region, with a very strong technical background and rich experience in project management, operation and enterprise operation management;
From 2013 to 2017, he is deputy general manager of Baosteel Gases, and helped the national gas industry to accelerate the breakthrough. During this period, he pioneered and innovated the first syngas business, and applied the industrial gas business model to the syngas supply field for the first time. It only took three years to complete the establishment of the business team, the improvement of the business chain, and the rapid economic production. The company benefited from the acquisition/construction cooperation of several syngas projects;
From 2017 to 2019, he served as COO of Yingde Group after PAG (Hong Kong) acquired Yingde Gas, and was fully responsible for Yingde's business. He completed strategic adjustment, business integration, structure adjustment, and inventory in a very short period of time. Asset revitalization, factory operation efficiency improvement, new business development, management of core customers and disposal of non-performing assets have enabled Yingde to quickly achieve a substantial improvement in performance and quickly reached the industry-leading level;
Since September 2021, he has been the general manager of Hanxing Gas (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and the deputy general manager of Shanghai Hanxing Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
As the general person in charge of gas, he has a background in technology, business/management, and attaches great importance to design, engineering and operation management and business development related to core business. He has rich experience in enterprise management, comprehensive industry capabilities, and has strong influence and appeal in the industry , honest and trustworthy, and can quickly gather the most core backbone members to jointly create a business. He is fully responsible for the daily operation and management of Hanxing Gas, and is in charge of the operation and management of Hanxing Energy.
