Mao Zongqiang, male, visiting scholar at Karlsruhe Research Center in Germany, postdoctoral fellow at University of Bradford, UK. Professor and doctoral supervisor of the Institute of Nuclear and New Energy Technology, Tsinghua University. Adjunct professor at Xi'an Jiaotong University. He is now a hydrogen education expert of the International Partnership for Hydrogen Energy (IPHE) and the vice-chairman of the International Association of Hydrogen Energy (IAHE). Member of the board of directors of the International Academy of Electrochemical Energy (IAOEES), an expert of the "Beijing Future Science City Hydrogen Energy Technology Collaborative Innovation Platform". Consultant of the National Hydrogen Energy Standard Technical Committee (SAC/TC309), expert group leader of the China Hydrogen Committee for Environmental Protection (CHCEP for short) .He has published more than 100 articles in famous journals and conferences at home and abroad.
Since 1970, he has been engaged in scientific research work related to chemical engineering at the Institute of Nuclear Research, Tsinghua University;
Since 1993, research on hydrogen-oxygen proton exchange membrane fuel cells;
Since 1998, the research work has been extended to hydrogen energy-related topics such as nano-carbon hydrogen storage, new hydrogen production methods, hydrogen energy economy and safety, and hydrogen energy standards;
Since October 2020, he has been an independent director of Shanghai Hanxing Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
