Wang Xingmin, director and senior technical expert of Hanxing Energy

Wang Xingmin, male, a member of the Communist Party of China with a postgraduate degree, a professor-level senior engineer, an expert enjoying special government allowances from the State Council, is currently a director of the company and a senior technical expert.
From 1982 to 1993, he worked as an engineer at Sinopec Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Co., Ltd (LPEC).  
From 1993 to 1995, He served as deputy Director of Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Co., Ltd.
From 1995 to 2013, he served as the deputy general manager of Sinopec Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Co., Ltd;
From 2003 to 2013, He served as general Manager of Sinopec Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Co., Ltd( Guangzhou Branch).  
From 2013 to 2016, served as Deputy General Manager of  Sinopec Luoyang （Guangzhou）Engineering Co., Ltd. and Deputy General Manager of Sinopec Luoyang （Guangzhou）Engineering Co., Ltd;
From 2018 to 2020, served as a director and senior technical expert of Shanghai Hanxing Energy Technology Co., Ltd.;
Since October 2020, he has been a director and senior technical expert of Shanghai Hanxing Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
He participated in the engineering design, technology development and project management of a number of refining and chemical projects, and obtained a number of achievements and awards. In more than 20 years of company management work, he has accumulated rich management experience in company operation management, financial management and domestic and foreign project management. After joining Hanxing Energy in January 2018, while participating in the development of the company's related technologies, he used the rich management experience accumulated by state-owned enterprises to improve and formulate relatively scientific and efficient management rules and regulations. The management system is more standardized and scientific.
