Technical characteristics:
Both discontinuous coal gasification technology and continuous coal gasification technology are applied. Discontinuous coal gasification technology has the advantages of small investment, low cost, simple process, conveniently start-up, flexible operation, load change freely. Continuous coal gasification technology has the advantages of widely adaptability of coal, large range of gasification, heat of gasifier can be used fully, high production rate.
Feedstock requirement:
Except for the lignite and peat which have a high inner water content and the coal which has a calorific low value under 22940kJ/kg and a ash fusion point higher than 1350℃, other binding coal, coal of high ash content, petroleum coke, soft coal can all be used as feedstock.
